Zhangjiagang Kangju Machinery’s plastic pipe production lines have obtained CE Certificate issued by UDEM (Notified Body NB 2292).
Our pipe extrusion lines comply with EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU, following harmonized standards: EN ISO 12100:2010, EN 60204‑1:2018, EN IEC 61000‑6‑2:2019, EN IEC 61000‑6‑4:2019. The CE certificate is valid until 10th August, 2030, and can be verified on official UDEM website: www.udem.com.tr.
We implement strict in‑house quality control throughout the whole manufacturing process. All key components are inspected before assembly. Every complete pipe extrusion line will go through full‑load running test before shipment. Our QC team inspects mechanical structure, electrical system, safety protection and running performance item‑by‑item, to guarantee stable and safe machine operation for global customers.
We keep complete inspection records for each order. Strict quality management helps us to reduce customers’ later maintenance cost.
